Bridging the gap between the design vision and functional, creative millwork.

The Challenge:
“Bridging the Execution Gap”
In the world of millwork, a beautiful design doesn’t always lead to a beautiful—or functional—result. Critical details often slip through the cracks between initial concept and installation.
Materials may fall short of durability requirements.
Functionality can be compromised in favour of appearance.
Costs can escalate due to overlooked technical considerations.
I work to identify and address these gaps before they become costly problems.
Decades of experience making millwork work.

My journey began as a teenager, working alongside my father at a large kitchen manufacturer.
Over 40 years later, I have worked on many shop floors, in the field, and through the full lifecycle of residential and commercial millwork projects. I’ve developed a deep understanding of where things can go wrong—and how they can be improved.
My goal as a Millwork Consultant is simple:
To bridge the gap between design intent and real-world execution, ensuring that every project achieves the quality, functionality, and longevity it was meant to deliver.
